Do I have to sign something?
Yes. you must agree to our simple trems found here
Who are you, what do you do?
We are currently located in Kankakee county. Csbohomes.com was founded with the intention of giving FSBO sellers an advantage in the tough world of real estate.
Do you make commision?
No, we charge an up front flat fee for the listing and services combined.
Can I get get a refund?
No, we are sorry, but the listing is non-refundable, non-transferable.
How long does my listing stay active?
6 months or until taken off the market, sold or listed with an agent.
I have my own photos?
You can upload your own phos in your user control panel when you log in with you username and password. Alternatively we can upload the photos for you, both printed and digital.
Do you take the photos?
Yes, We take up to 10 phots at your appointment. You may use these in conjuction with your own photos if you have any but this is not required.
How can I print flyers?
In order for the flyer to print properly you must be using Internet Explorer as your browser.
I do not want my name shown on the listing as a contact, is this possible?
Yes. Just don't check the check box (Display contact name) when creating a listing. If we are making the listing for you, on the listing form you also have this option.
What does Agent contact mean?
When you create a listing the whole world can see it. Real estate agents sometimes wish to contact a listing owner with a potential buyer. When this occurs, it is up the the seller to agree to sell the property with the Realator, and paying a co-op commision (usually between 1%-3%) this is decided between the seller and the agent.
On the listing you choose between to displays, "No Agents" and "Agents Welcome"

Can I upload Virtual Tours?
No, we take the necessary photos and use our Virtual tour software to create your custom virtual tour.
